Welcome to the website of Hammersmith Conservatives.
At the next General Election, residents in Hammersmith & Fulham will be voting in new Parliamentary constituencies, drawn up by the independent Boundary Commission. The new Hammersmith parliamentary seat will consist of the whole Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham that lies north of the Lillie Road. This will include most residents in the postal districts of W6, W12 and W14.
The changes come because of population growth in west London. The current Hammersmith & Fulham constituency has the second largest population in Britain. Neighbouring boroughs have also seen big increases in population.
The changes only effect parliamentary representation. All Council boundaries, ward boundaries and ward councillors remain the same. Conservative MP, Greg Hands, will continue to represent the current Hammersmith & Fulham seat until the next General Election and hopes to represent the new Fulham & Chelsea constituency afterwards, where he lives. Shaun Bailey has been selected as the Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for the new Hammersmith seat.
Here you can find the latest news, information about Shaun Bailey, Greg Hands MP, information about us, what we are doing and what we believe in.
