Hammersmith Conservative Association was formed on the 1st of January 2007. The Boundary Commission redrew the constituencies of West London for the 2010 general election.
The new constituency boundary runs from the Lillie Road and the River in the South, to the Harrow Road in the North, and from the Holland Road in the East to the Old Oak Road, The Goldhawk Road and Emlyn Road in the West.  The constituency is made up of ten wards: College Park and Old Oak; Wormholt and White City; Shepherds Bush Green; Askew; Ravenscourt Park; Hammersmith Broadway; Addison; Avonmore and Brook Green; Fulham Reach; North End.
